“Really good and helpful when I bought my triride but the support from then on was awful. Faults not properly fixed repeatedly, phone calls and messages not responded to, long waits for appointments to fix faults. It's as though Northumberland was too much bother to visit”

“We had problems with the E boot Scooter and they blamed my disabled wife for the problems, which kept failing on inclines. Our friends couldn’t get it to go up at least 3 inclines too, so be very wary of using this companies products.”

“Have yet to receive item ordered! Have still not received order May 11th. Have still not received goods ordered. I was told 3-4 days it has now been 11 days, not good enough in my opinion. I will now change my rating to poor”
