“Ordered a second 2pieces of window screen after first window worked well. However, we had a delivery of creased screen for the whole length of the order that no amount of water or scraping would eliminate. Very disappointing quality control. On that basis I can’t recommend as I wasted an awful lot of time for a very disappointing result”
“First time buying from the company and it’s not been good. Problems with their IT when trying to order, lack of tracking showing on account, and no other notification from company which is not helping with receiving the goods ordered which are overdue. So far 7 days from shipping and still waiting for the goods to arrive despite 48 hr delivery method. They have taken the money so chances of getting a refund are low.”
