“Excellent customer service - I bought a tray which sadly was damaged on delivery. The team sent a replacement immediately on reciept of a photograph to evidence the issue. Can't ask for more, I will definaltey use this company again, well done Addison Ross”

“The best gift ever! Buying a frame is one thing but having that frame delivered with the photo in place is a game changer. I just wish I had ordered all 5 at the start as there was a very good discount on first orders. It was when I received one that I knew I wouldn’t look further. Divine frames. Great presentation!
