“I used Addison Ross for the first time. I required a silver frame for a wedding present within a tight time frame. I called the company to ask if they could send it to me swiftly. The lady I spoke to was charming and guaranteed the ordered would be sent out immediately they received it. It was the week of Christmas so I appreciated it would be addition pressure but I got an email 24 hours later saying it was on its way. I was staggered at the efficiency as I received my order later that day. I would definitely recommend this company and will personally use them again”

“Quick service and quick solution. I ordered a little jewellery box and as soon as I placed the order I realised that it had the wrong delivery address. I immediately contacted Addison Ross explaining my error and provided the correct address. Addison Ross responded quickly sending the parcel to the new delivery address.”

“Absolutely thrilled with the 6 frames that I purchases as Christmas gifts and uploaded images. Sensibly priced which meant I could buy quite a few and the recipients were thrilled with the personal touch. I highly recommend these beautiful frames, the service is exemplary, fast and efficient and without any complexity. Well done to India Hicks for her social promotions, I particularly liked the hopeless man! Her videos were brilliant and encouraged me to purchase these gifts. I will be ordering more for my godchildren shortly as I have string of 21st birthdays.”
