“We loved the Black Watch tartan tray and the underfelt on it especially. Delivery to us was amazingly quick which is rarely the case to our Lancashire country home out in the sticks. Many thanks from a happy, happy customer.”

“I am so happy with this handbag photo holder. It's perfect for a handbag, elegant, lovely photos inside of my darling late husband & me, in fact so good that I'm in the process of ordering another for my son & new daughter in law. Thank you”

“Every year I buy photo frames for Christmas presents from Addison Ross. They arrive in lovely easy to wrap boxes and are without fail beautiful quality. This year I went for bobbin frames which all looked wonderful with my photo downloads. Keep on doing what you do and thank you!”

“I ordered 2 beautiful gold flower frames at the end of last year. They were exactly as I'd hoped for and the quality was superb. I managed to knock one of them over and break it, so I phoned Addison Ross in the hopes of ordering a replacement. It was only then that I realised that Addison Ross has a lifetime guarantee on their products, and a new frame was sent out to me absolutely free of charge - I didn't even have to pay for postage! It's one thing for guarantees like this to be offered - to see them put into practice without having to fight for it is very refreshing. I couldn't be happier!”

“Product good. Delivery service not so good. As I work full time I wasn’t home when Dpd made the delivery and they took it to the post office in Alcester. This was extremely inconvenient as I work in the opposite direction. I think you should advertise that the product cannot be left if you are out at work or you should give the option for a product to be left in a safe place.”

“Have brought many frames for myself….. however when I brought a gift to be delivered we encountered problems as a card was not put through the door informing the recipient where to pick up gift as they were not home ….. in saying that they were very happy with the gift when finally getting it .”
