“Addison Ross have been brilliant. The photo frame they sent, unfortunately, had broken in transit. I contacted them to inform that it was intended as a gift, with the date fast approaching. They sent a new frame set, including a second replacement glass for the initial frame too, using a next day 9 am courier. just in time to be given as a gift. Their service is great and I would buy from them again.”

“Our first purchase but based on experience, not our last. The web site presented some very desirable photo frames and the product did not disappoint. You get a feeling for a brand when you see how they package and deliver your purchase and in every regard Addison Ross score 10 out of 10. Beautifully boxed, well wrapped and presented, the feeling was you had bought something special and worth every penny.”

“My 50th wedding anniversary gift for my sister and her husband, was delivered to them, beautifully wrapped and without a hitch. My sister’s message to me “thank you for your thoughtful present, the pair of photo frames are gorgeous, I absolutely love tortoiseshell” My reply “I am so pleased, I wanted to find a gift, that I would want for myself“ especially at this Covid time, when we can’t all celebrate together. “I just received the gorgeous Carbon Fiber jewelry box! I meant to order the regular box (a gift for my son)- no problem here with their AMAZING customer service. With one email to them they immediately shipped me the replacement- at no charge- so that I would receive in time for my son's b-day. Will definitely be ordering from them again and again!”
