“I’ve just received my order, I am so delighted. After 14 years of fighting Parkinson’s I had to finally give up work aged 54 so, this year’s budget for Christmas is very different than previous years. My modest presents for my girl friends chosen from your collection have been totally elevated by your smart packaging, well done for applying thoughtfulness and care to even the most simplest of gifts.”

“I was worried my photo frame would not arrive on time as it was an anniversary gift. Although I did not receive next day gift-wrapped delivery as advertised, I spoke to Cath who reassured me that she will ensure I receive this in time for my anniversary on short notice. I am grateful for this and the frame is beautifully made. The photo itself is a little dull, however I believe this may be the photo quality and Addison Ross cannot be put to blame. Thank you for a lovely anniversary present, I would recommend their frames and the silent clocks as the quality and packaging is beautiful.”

“You get what you pay for. These are medium priced frames in the grand scheme of things but the finishing is superb and they just add a touch of class that cheaper frames do not. The Enamel inlay is of a very high standard and these set”

“I purchased this frame as a gift and it arrived within 2 days, beautifully packaged and looked to be a really good quality frame. However it had a small scratch so I called customer service and was met with an amazing response - another frame arrived the next day! The communication from order to delivery was excellent too, I was even given a 1 hour delivery slot! I couldn't be happier with both my purchase and also the service I received. I was a new customer and will definitely be a returning customer.”
