“Ordered on Tuesday15th Dec arrived Thur 17th Dec 2020. Lovely packaging, lovely frames, and photo's that I loaded up onto the website have fitted in great. Have already recommended to friends & family that have seen the parcels that arrived.”

“Fantastic quality frame and an efficient and prompt service and delivery. Really good packaging too, which is great for glass, and also serves as a presentation box for gifts. Will recommend to others.”

“The frame is beautiful and I was very pleased with the quality of the (free) photo print included. Also, the process of uploading the picture was simple. They arrived two days after ordering and I was kept informed of progress, particularly the anticipated delivery and a fixed time slot was given and stuck to. A very good experience all round.”

“Class, is a word that I would use when dealing with Addison Ross. I was looking for a picture frame and their web site provided an excellent choice and the extras such as being able to upload photographs to be inserted into the chosen frame was an excellent free extra service. The payment was seemless, 1st class delivery service and when the frame arrived cushioned in its quality box I must admit that I haven't seen such attention to detail in some time. The overall cost for this quality product and high service is better that many others. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use again.”
