“Excellent frames; great choice of sizes and very speedy service. Look exactly as I hoped. My only thought is: if they aren't going to be a gift, I wonder if it's possible to save on packaging - the individual boxes they come in are fabulous but if not being forwarded as a gift I wonder if there's a way of packaging them that cuts down on the boxes within a box etc etc...”

Thanks Nikki for the great suggestion and we share your concerns about the amount of packaging however unfortunately as most of our products include glass and are breakable we haven't found a way to cut back and still ensure the products arrive in perfect condition but it's definitely something we always have in review. “i am delighted with the photo frames that i have received from Addison Ross .. they are such EXCELLENT quality ... but i am also especially pleased and happy with really wonderful service -- help and advice that i get from the dispatch department in choosing frames for the photos that i have sent in --Kimberly - who works in the despatch department -just could not be more helpful -- she is wonderful and i am very grateful for her help and advice .. Next day delivery NEVER fails ..i always get my frames with my selected photos promptly and VERY well packaged ... a very smooth and satisfactory operation ..Addison Ross make getting ones treasured photos put in BEAUTIFUL frames SO very easy ..”
