“Very good service, delivery very quick, great packaging and a VERY attractive silver frame in clean lines. Only one tiny point - the outside of the frame was A4. I think it would be better to have the picture size A4, You sell it as a certificate frame, and though you mentioned the overlap it could be a problem for an A4 piece. Our A4 photo was cut off but luckily we can shrink by print at 90%.”

“You get what you pay for - Addison Ross photo frames are definitely worth paying extra for when you have that photo of a special memory to display. The finishing is excellent - I wasn't expecting such a soft velvety backing or fixing points held in place and adjusted with a phillips screwdriver.”

“Having purchased two PHOENIX EMBERS DIFFUSERS in the past from a local retailer I was upset when they ceased trading. I found the company online and placed an order. Voila, within 2 days I received my order! Amazing service. This product lasts and lasts (approximately 1+ years) and it smells expensive, sophisticated and extremely pleasant unlike most more expensive ones on the market. I'm one delighted customer. “Very nice frame and very quick delivery. One bit of advice when sending your photo create a border round it to avoid losing bits of head or feet.”

Dear Andrew, Thank you so much for taking the time to review your experience. We do actually provide a red border line on the screen when you have uploaded your image which indicates where the frame lip is covering, this allows you to then zoom, if necessary or see if the image is going to be cropped too tightly for that particular frame.
