“Lovely frames which add a little sparkle to my room without looking garrish. Excellent quality and look just like they do on the website. I took advantage of the 4 for the price of 3 which made them more affordable. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.”

“I ordered the wrong frame - I emailed to rectify the order but I had no reply for 2 days. However when I phoned I spoke to a person who immediately passed me on to somebody that could help. I was advised to cancel & reorder which I did. This person was so helpful they went above & beyond. They sorted out my order I spoke with them again they checked the quality of my photo and also processed my new order to post that day as I explained it was for my parent's imminent golden wedding anniversary. I believe it was Ruth but I'm not sure. To be able to simply just explain the problem to an actual person on the phone and them reassure you that it would be all sorted out the same day made all the difference. Tho photo frame was also of excellent quality great product and service”
