“Fantastic customer service, I found out on the evening of 22nd December the order had been delivered to the billing address rather than shipping address, but on contacting them they managed to send out the order again (printing another photo) so it arrived in time for Christmas! They also kindly let me keep the frame that had been sent to the billing address by mistake. I'm so used to being disappointed by customer service and how they dealt with this really exceeded my expectations!”
