Dear Andrew We do apologize, we have been hit by Storm Arwen which resulted in our computers and emails going down for 5 days, we are up now with a new generator and catching up, should be back to normal by this weekend but we are currently quoting 3-5 days delivery rather than next day. Dear Ali We are very sorry for the delay with your order. We can see it appears to have shipped on the 4th December so we are going to look into this immediately. We haven't actually put up our prices since the beginning of 2021 which was necessary due to increased shipping and labour costs however we do hope you have managed to enjoy our recent Black Friday offer and we continue to offer our Four for Three offer which we began at the beginning of Covid. “Well, you really do get what you pay for.......this is an absolutely gorgeous item which is extremely well lacquered and very nicely weighted, the design (in my opinion) is a bit Art Deco and also a bit 'Botticelli' perhaps....anyway my partner is over the moon and has already displayed her favorite scents in it! It was beautifully well boxed/packaged too and sent via DPD, who are (along with the Royal Mail) the best UK courier in my opinion. Thank you so much!!”
