“Very quick and efficient service. Unfortunately, the first frame that arrived was broken. I had a very quick response to an email re this and they sent another out without me having to return the broken one. The frame is absolutely lovely and I would shop with Addison Ross again in the future.”

“I like their silver double photo frames. Reasonably priced and good quality. I have two now and intended to buy the same one again but one has rounded corners and one right angles. I decided to keep rather than change as it is still very good quality. Great service and product and I would recommend as good value for money too.”

“The frames are beautiful. They were for a special occasion and they exude quality. They came in a beautiful box and were well packaged. I got a free photo included for each frame, however it would have been useful if I could have uploaded two photos as the two frames were for the same person.”

Dear Ange, What a shame you didn't mention this at the time as you could have done that by choosing 1 frame, uploading the photo, then choosing the same frame again and then uploading a different photo. “The frame I ordered was above and beyond the quality I’d hoped for. Vibrant turquoise and gold. The print was good but printed a bit darker than I had hoped otherwise it would have been 5 stars.”
