“I like the style they represent but I am not satisfied with the quality and the user experience of the items. The scented candle promised orchards of Sicily but I can only notice a smell of something I would describe as soapy. Also, the overall appearance of the item does not justify the rather high price. The second item is a bedside clock. It should be silent but started ticking eventually a few months after the purchase. In my opinion it is also hard to read the time, as the clock's hands have a weak contrast to the background and to each other.”

I'm so sorry you were not happy with your order, if you could email us with the order number we would be more than happy to refund your candle or send you an alternative fragrance. With regards to the clock, this sounds like you may have been mistakenly sent older stock without the silent sweep movement as it should definitely not start ticking audibly at any time, could I ask that you confirm if the hands are sweeping or in fact ticking around, very happy to send you a replacement.
