“I had the most pleasant experience with Addison Ross, my item arrived damaged but this was quickly rectified and a replacement was sent out within a few days. The quality and look of the item is superb and cannot be faulted in any way. This was a beautiful lamp that I am sure will look beautiful in its new home.”

“Absolutely love your products, have given 4 stars as frustrated by how many scallop lacquered trays were out of stock so I had to rethink my present strategy! But customer services was very prompt at refunding my payment when you couldn't fulfil my order. I will be back!”
