“A perfect shopping experience. The website is easy to navigate, the photo frame that I selected was available in various size options and was really good quality. The option of uploading a photo and having the frame delivered with the photo already framed was wonderful. The packaging was classy - just opening it was part of the whole experience. And the cherry on the cake was using DPD couriers that provide loads of updates on how close they are. For me, the classiest shopping experience of 2021 .”

“I ordered my frame last week and it arrived yesterday! It is even lovelier than expected and was beautifully packaged. Exceptional service as I live in France and when I have tried to order from the UK recently I was told it was impossible because of Brexit. However, you managed it. Well done Addison Ross!”

“Thank you for very fast delivery of my 10 x 8 photo frame. Extremely easy to order on line and great service. The frame was packaged extremely well. This is a special present for my sister who received an honour in the Queens Birthday Honours List and she can use it to display the photo which will be taken when she receives the award in a couple of weeks time. I am sure it will have pride of place in her sideboard.”

“Two silver plated frames bought on an urgent order. The lady at the shop was most helpful and ensured a next day delivery. The items were wrapped really well in multiple boxes to ensure no damage. Really good quality items. Excellent value for money. Absolutely delighted with the purchase.”

“I have bought a couple of photo frames recently as presents and both have been absolutely beautiful and very well received. Customer service was first class and attention to detail offering personalised cards and photos to be included in the frames at no extra cost is a very special extra touch. Would highly recommend.”

“Great Quality and colours within the Enamel Range. I love Chiffon, it is a soft Taupe and tones in with most colours. I have purchased many times before and still return due to the quality.”
