“Very good workmanship, reasonable prices for the size and quality. Huge selection. When we need photo frames, Addison Ross is our go-to. Delivery to Singapore was super-quick. Ordered on Thursday, received on Monday. I was kept posted on the delivery logistics throughout the process. Highly recommended.”

Dear Janet, we are so sorry that you have experienced a delay in receiving your order. I can see that delivery was attempted on the 01/12/22, but nobody received it. Please note, Your Addison Ross order will be delivered today by Westley, your DPD driver, between 17:21 and 18:21. Your one hour timeslot can't be changed

“Although the delivery was delayed by "unspecified problems" at their courier when I complained about this to Addison Ross they responded with both an apology and an explanation within minutes and it was all sorted. Very polite and efficient customer service made up for any delays and I was very impressed with their speedy resolution.”
