Paid for next day delivery - which was about £20. My delivery arrived OVER 2 WEEKS LATER. Terrible customer services over email saying I was in the wrong not getting my order in soon enough (?!) Until another person took over and admitted they were in the wrong and would issue a refund. It has now been a few months - still no refund and they do not answer emails. Awful, do not use Adexa.

I am a trade customer
Ordered goods for my customer on 9th of September & paid for next day delivery until now some items not been delivered
When I call never answered or sometimes waiting for an hour
Even for email they don't send reply
I don't know how they run their business

Bought and paid for a double door fridge and still not arrived over a week (9days) despite 3-5 days was promised. Only want to know the status, called their customer service, waited over 4 hours, from position 19 to 1 and waited for an hour at position 1 and was cut off at 5:02pm. Tracking number of the delivery does not work. Would not buy from them again.
