Poor service overall, 0 form of communication - poor support team who either need training, new management, or new processes. Late delivery, delivery changes. I just recommend ordering elsewhere.

Emailed CS to advise, request a replacement and they simply point to the Delivery conditions which are laughable and would be deemed unfair & unreasonable in any Court room.

Damages on delivery that they wont take resposibility for, next day deliveries paid for that the dont achieve, never a reponse from online chat, dont reply to emails or resolve issues. Negative reviews all over the web. Avoid.

Ordered on the 17/11/25 So had 3 out for deliver today notfication and none of them have been delivered with no communication. contacted customer service to be told i cant cancel my order as its out for delivery. 10 days later and still no product. Terrible service, stay well away.
