What a bunch of crooks!! Their website is misleading so I ordered a coffee urn that said it was 10L but it only actually holds 5L. I'm returning it, but despite buying online and being able to return at my cost and receiveve a full refund by law, Adexa charge a 25% restocking fee. I will never consider buying from them ever again as this is bending the law to the extreme!!

Extremely poor experience – damaged freezer, no refund or support We ordered a commercial upright freezer from Adexa with paid next-day delivery.

Sent us badly damaged freezer and instead refund or replacement offering us coupon. We have sent proof of the damage outside our premises still waiting. Seems like we will take a legal action tomorrow.

I’m now in my 3rd week of trying to get a replacement or refund for a faulty airfryer and am no further forward.

Horrendous company to deal with. They don’t answer you emails for a week if at all, they don’t answer their phones, they take twice as long to deliver than they say an to cap it off I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a refund and they have now told me my refund will be in another 2 weeks! Don’t touch them with a barge pole!
