Bottle chiller arrived with a big dent in it. Reported this to Adexa, who replied saying that this would not effect the performance and offered a 10% refund. Advised that I would like a replacement but they would not do this. They went on to advise that I would need to pay for my own return and that they would only refund 75% of what I paid because of 'processing' costs. Absolutely shocking company. Avoid at all costs.

This was the worst experience I have had with an online company. Do NOT buy from them. Goods were not the same as pictured, customer service was aggressive and unhelpful. There was no refund given despite being clearly mis-sold and not fit for purpose.

When I asked when this would happen, she changed tack and said that because we were in breach of their rules about damage reporting (I'll explain shortly), she said that she would not replace the item, nor take it back for a full credit and all she would do was offer a £30 refund - against a £240 item, or send me a £50 credit note against future purchase! The "rule" which we had inadvertantly breached, was to have failed to report damage within 24 hours of receiving the package.

Instead of providing a prompt replacement or refund, we were pushed into a slow online form process and asked for unreasonable “installation proof” for a plug-and-play commercial machine.

Despite this, they attempted to refuse a refund by relying on a small-print “check on delivery” clause, which is not practical or reasonable for boxed items.

Ordered a coffee urn for church but the urn spurts out boiling hot coffee, so is not fit for purpose. Have asked for a refund but have been told that no refunds are available, even though the product is not fit for purpose. Appalling company. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

Selling poor quality products not fit for purpose. Their customer service are impossible to get hold of, and you can't get a full refund if the items you order don't match the description. Save yourself money, time and hassle and avoid!!!
