If I could give you 0 I would. Damaged goods - and Zoe - well you are the worst. You delivered our kitchen units to the wrong address on the wrong day. We had to retrieve them - and amazingly they are damaged. I have asked for a refund - you offered £50 compensation on £1000 goods - which are unsafe to use. I want a refund and I want them collected.
Please make it happen.

Wrote to them they offered me a partial refund when I refused it they told they can’t assist me anymore as I’ve not reported the missing part that they told me to wait for it now they’re saying i should have reported within 24 hrs which I did and been told to wait.
