Everything went wrong from the arrival of a "sink" when we ordered a "hot water boiler" to the returns which they deny receiving back (When we could get hold of them), which theADEXA arranged, therefore WE have no proof and and no legal leg to stand on with the credit card company. WE HAVE WASTED OVER 2 MONTHS. NO FURTHER FORWARD! Not good people to do business with at all. Avoid at all costs

Goods arrived damaged. Can't get a response from anyone about a replacement. Have read the reviews and we've given up - and are putting the damage right ourselves - it's just too much effort to argue! Yes, they're unprofessional and their damage / returns policy is completely inflexible and unworkable - but we're too busy to take on the fight. AVOID THEM!

Our mistake for not assuming their online chat was the only means of nudging action from them (ADVICE FOR ALL - WHEN CONTACTING ADEXA, THEY ONLY RESPOND TO ONLINE CHAT, NOT EMAILS/PHONE CALLS) - After several more weeks of replying to emails, and messaging in online chat to coax an emailed response, we were finally in a position to repackage the item, print and attach a returns label – with the reassurance of receiving confirmation that Adexa will arrange for collection and we would be entitled to a full refund if the unit was indeed faulty as we claimed.

Delivered a damaged item with missing parts. Customer service is impossible to contact until after the deadline for returns is over. then they refuse to help. aggressive emails and rude people. stay away from them

I wish I read the reviews, will never buy again cheap products, awful customer service and returns policy, take way to long to reply to emails which voided my warranty.Hope they go bankrupt.

This was 30th September, after multiple attempts, of contacting, to get the returns label, I have now been on hold for 1 hour and 4 minutes, after being told just hold while I get the details.

An absolute joke of a company. All they are interested in is shifting products and if any customer services are required, forget it and their returns policy is non-existent. Their products are poor and their huge web discounts are violating trading standards as they were never on sale for original price. Just showing 70% to entice you in. If you buy from this company then you are taking a huge gamble in my experience.

I was informed that they did not accept returns and was told to video it not heating up .

Once that happens, they flatly refuse to honor any returns or refunds.
