Refuse to resolve the issue from them not sending the right product. They sent the wrong item and now cant or wont resolve it with shocking customer service and no support I will ever use them again.

The worst customer service!!! After DPD failed to deliver our 2nd lot of tables, they were returned to Adexa. We had to pay a £24 redelivery fee and were them told that the tables had since been sold and we no longer in stock, but were still deducting a 25% restocking fee. Absolutely speechless, and after several emails to Ella the customer service agent, all she would say is its as per the T&C's. Never ordering from them again.

Do not buy anything from this company there customer service is terrible received damaged goods asked for a refund but asked to fill a return form first which said I had to pay for the goods to be returned and handling charges I refused I quoted my consumer rights that damaged goods postage was to be paid for by the retailer contacted my bank about a cashback and informed them about the situation guess what received a refund straightaway.

This was the worst experience I have had with an online company. Do NOT buy from them. Goods were not the same as pictured, customer service was aggressive and unhelpful. There was no refund given despite being clearly mis-sold and not fit for purpose.
