“Eine Freigabe der App (lebenslang) wird zum 2. mal nicht akzeptiert, auf dem mini läuft sie nach langem hin und her, lässt aber nicht auf das MBP übertragen. Die erste Rückforderung meiner Bezahlung wurde ohne konkrete Begründung ausgesessen und mit Dutzenden Mails zur Aktivierung geschönt; diese Firma ist in Sachen Kundendienst sehr unzuverlässig, laufen doch einige Programme nur mit ausschalten dieser App. Die grossmäuligen Ankündigungen entbehren der Seriosität, Support und Rückerstattung werden schlichtwegs mit viel Blah Blah umgangen. Kaufempfehlung: Finger weg!”
