“The Adguard VPN in conjunction with with Adguard adaware is simply the best combination for ridding ads! Their assistance when needed is always prompt and efficient. So, why then only 2 stars? I've been using (and enjoying) the 2 programs for quite awhile as a paying customer. My year payment was due and with NO ADVANCE NOTIFICATION they tried to get payment from an over limit Credit Card. It was declined and the company sent an email to that effect. I sent an email back explaining my financial situation and asked them to extend the period for a week, when I get my money. Their response was, basically, no. Sorry pal but when you get paid, rejoin! Customer service like that I don't tolerate. IF the programs had anything that even came close to Adguard, I'd be gone like a rocket”

“Well if I could use the product it would help. Licence purchased on March the 3th and I still cannot activate . And no waiting is not an option. Bad costumer service for a Good product.”

“Very disappointed at the poor lack of service help. I have never been able to activate the system and it's been 3 days since the request went in. They ask for 3-5 days. How crazy is that when you cannot try out the product until a lengthy delay? This is not a match made in Heaven. Like so many companies, you don't have the option to speak with anyone-you're wasting your time if you are looking to do so. E-mail follow-ups are answered with an automatic reply, so don't look for communication that means anything. So, the one phone they must have is clearly marked NOT FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. Customer Service doesn't appear to be a priority. I've seen more than enough already. Time to move along. Good luck.”

“When I first began using AdGuard, I was very pleased with it. Not now. I am so bothered by intrusive ads I am thinking of canceling my subscription and requesting a refund. It certainly doesn't make sense to pay for something that isn't working.”

“На компьютере работает отлично. На IPad и на андроиде, как будто блокировщика вообще нет. Чтобы написать в службу поддержки придуманы 8 шагов, даже первый шаг невозможно пройти. В пункте "Введите версию продукта" ничего не вводится. Что же это за поддержка? Пока нет других вариантов пользуюсь Adguard, но разочарование все сильнее.”

“I have not had adguard for the last 3 months. I lost it when onekey recovery was used and did not know how to get back to you. Please have someone contact me to know what to do. “I thought twice about renewing my license as I have problems with Adguard starting up on my computer at times. I have reported the problem but I'm not 'computer savvy' enough to fix the problem myself.”
