“I have not had adguard for the last 3 months. I lost it when onekey recovery was used and did not know how to get back to you. Please have someone contact me to know what to do. “I thought twice about renewing my license as I have problems with Adguard starting up on my computer at times. I have reported the problem but I'm not 'computer savvy' enough to fix the problem myself.”

“Leider kann ich die erworbene Lizenz NICHT aktivieren. Hilfe kann ich nur in englischer Sprache finden, verstehe ich leider nicht. Eine deutsche Seite für Hilfe kann ich nicht finden, auch eine Mailanschrift für deutsche Kunden fehlt. Ich kann mein Problem nicht lösen! Leider! Ich habe mich zum Kauf entschlossen, weil ich mit der Testphase zufrieden war. Das Kaufangebot war natürlich auf Deutsch. Nur später liefen alle Hilfsangebote af Englisch. Irreführend für mich!”
