“AdGuard lied to me, so they deserve the lowest rating available. Their web site says they offer a two week trial, after three days the trial stopped and offered, "Get another 11 days free by creating an AdGuard account!" When I entered my email address, they indicated the offer was no good because my email address was already registered. If they had given me the two week trial as they promised, perhaps I might have written a more positive review. Based upon my experience, AdGuard does not keep their word to potential customers, and that makes their company not worth doing business with.”

So, there was no lie or misinformation on our side, your email has just been used previously to get a trial. In this case, you should've contacted our Support Team directly from our app built-in contact form or directly at support@adguard.com, and we'd help you get a proper trial period to test our app. As we can see, you haven't contacted us regarding this issue, hence the reason your experience was negative. “I have been a customer with adGuard for over five years with good service and no problems. In Aug 2023 l lost my internet service and had to change providers and email. When I tried to sign on they refused to honor my license, that I bought in July with the old email account.Adguard said if I wanted to use that license, l would have to prove ownership of the license or buy another license. Adguard already has all that information. I've bought three license so far this year. All of my other accounts text me for verification. Out of all my account adguard is the only one to refuse me service on a paid for account. On the web site it say my account expires 2026. Still no service. I even did what they recommended and bought new license even though my account was already paid for. Tell me is that how you treat a long time customer.”

Hello. Please contact us directly via support@adguard.com. In the meantime, please disable or third-party app like antivirus and firewall to see if that helps. We also recommend that you check it under a different Wi-Fi or on a different ISP network. Looking forward for you to reply.

“Ваш продукт стал таким дерьмом , рекламу пропускает в Яндексе что говорит о том что вы продались им - это факт . На ваш официальный сайт через раз заходит , спасает только впн И ещё одно , почему когда я переустанавливаю Windows у меня слетает лицензия при активации ?”
