“Your Customer Service leaves MUCH to be desired. I can't be the only computer-illiterate person who has brought this issue to Your attention. Having to completely Turn Off/Disable Your product to access Sites I visit regularly for BOTH Business & Personal reasons is ABSURD. I WILL make RESOLUTION of my issues a priority. I have asked for written/video-based/Etc. tutorials to NO avail. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to believe Your Co. Does not do "Screen Share" , OR an EXTENSIVE proprietary "How To" Video library @ Your Customers Fingertips. Again . UNBELIVABLE "Customer Service" Willy Culley 4H45MZAKC6”
