“I ordered 4 packages for 38. When I looked at my bank account I found 2 charged for 4 pkgs ea. second pkg was charged 48. I did not order second pkg. If I wanted 2 different orders why would I get second one for 48. Instead of 38?”
“I have been scammed, I ordered one item and they sent me (5) and charged my debit card and I can't reach the company they call Bandoo with two "O's) to get my refund, to reach them is impossible, they know exactly what they are doing. I want my money back. I putting them on Yelp and I filled out my BBB form already. I found out Diabetics can't use these patch's, on top of that they charged me for four extras, they owe me 70-80 dollars. I am retired and I don't have money to give away. Don't order these patches from them. I have not received a refund.”
“They billed my credit card for something I didn’t order. I told them not to sent it to me. They said it’s too far along in the process and they couldn’t stop the item from being mailed. They urged me to try the item anyway. I finally had to call my credit card company for help.”
