By the 19th of December neither one had been sent to me yet, and the delivery date had been changed three times, so I send a reclamation. The reclamation was answered quickly, but with an automatic response, that did not answer any of the questions I had sent the company. Thereby, the following morning I contacted the company through chat. An unbelievably rude customer service agent responded, critisized me for my questions, wondered why I am getting in touch and hung up. So I tried getting back in touch with them, after being rejected a few times the same agent answered again. I explained I though it was pretty crazy at this day and age that 3-4 weeks is not enough time to even send two products, and wondered if I could at least be sent one of these, as apparently they were waiting for the other product to arrive from a partner. I was told it is not possible referring to company processes, and with the same arrogant attitude. I would suggest everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible.... It's not worth the hassle”
