“Website buying knee pads would not allow me to check our selecting items I did not want running up charges. When texting web site, respondent would not help and directed me to change more on my card to resolve the issue. Reported this to BBB and American Express”
“This company should be out of business. I ordered knee sleeve for $29. Was charged twice for $43 and $92. Did not receive anything. When I called the number on the screen I was told to email and they would reply within 10 days. Fortunately Chase helped me by cancelling their charges but they rebilled me the next day. This transaction was denied. When trying to contact the company about the mistake in the 1st transaction there was no way to actually speak to someone. This comapny is a scam. I cancelled my debit card, however, the 1st transaction still went through. Trying to work it out through my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!”

“I tried ordering one knee brace and all of a sudden, there was an additional $59.70 charge on top of the one brace for $33.14. I tried to change the order right away. I called and was disconnected 3 times. Order couldn't be changed, it was already being processed??? The I emailed and got a response that they want to accommodate all customers but I have still gotten instructions on how to return the items. There was no packing slip or receipt in package. Big scam to add unwanted items to the order. And so disappointed. The brace kept sliding down my husband's leg. No relief whatsoever!!”
“Same thing as these other complaints. Ordered 1 pair to try, but had my card debited for $63.55. I tried to stop the order within 1 minute of receiving the email confirmation but they did not respond until the next day stating the order had shipped and I could return the item by following their instructions. Do not order anything from this site!!!”
“I made an initial purchase or tried to and the site would not stop hounding me about adding additional socks for a lesser amount numerous times I said no I do not want. Wanted to continue with my original purchase and then it charged me for that second amount without my authorization. Now I want to return all of them and I have had no luck in finding a way to return this order for a refund.”
“I ordered 4 knee braces for $66 and 2 packs of Wellness knee patches for under $30 Canadian. As I have had fraudulent charges on my card, and this was a new Visa card, the bank confirms with me whether I approve the charge or not, and as soon as I pressed "Y" ( for yes) it kicked me out of the ordering page and yet has charged me $124.06 and $79.40 totalling over $203.46 which has been processed by my bank and is " pending." So I have no confirmation ( I always screen shot it) and the charges are wildly inflated even if converting from US to Canadian $'s. So it remains to be seen if I actually receive these products or not.
On reading all of these experiences, I'm thinking I've lost the money.”
