Disastrous Experience with Adobe: Money-Grabbers! My recent encounter with Adobe has left me seething with anger and frustration. They brazenly snatched £68.99 from my account without a shred of explanation or justification. When I demanded a refund for this unjustified charge, their customer service representatives were about as helpful as a broken compass. They callously refused to provide a refund, leaving me feeling robbed and cheated. But this incident is just the tip of the iceberg. I've been hemorrhaging money to Adobe for far too long. Their entire business model seems to revolve around bleeding their customers dry at every opportunity. Want to access basic features? Pay up. Want to download an essential application? Pay up. It's like navigating a labyrinth of scams and money pits. I've had it with Adobe's predatory practices. I've canceled all payments to them and have sworn off their products indefinitely. I'm making the switch to alternative software providers, where I hope to find transparency and respect for customers. At least with other companies, I won't constantly feel like I'm being taken advantage of. In summary, stay far away from Adobe unless you enjoy being treated like a walking ATM. Spare yourself the headache and seek out companies that prioritize customer satisfaction over squeezing every last penny from their patrons. Adobe, consider this the end of our relationship. You've lost a customer for life. Shame on you.

Free trial turned into an annual subscription without my knowledge, after a year of paying £15 a month for a product I don't use I tried to cancel today to find out they have put me into another annual plan and when I explained that financially I just can't afford this they tried to lure me into starting a different annual plan which would have restarted the term and the overall cost would have been more than the cancellation charge on the current plan. The whole model is designed to trap people into plans they don't need and the customer service is awful.

probably the worst customer support of my life: to cancel a favorable contract they prevented me from updating my payment details. in this way I was stuck without any application (which I use for work) and without the possibility of solving the problem. the most incredible thing is that the agents in charge of assisting me made me go from agent to agent for hours, and when I described my problem they gave me obvious and coarse answers. The classic was: wait for Monday and call the bank, they've definitely blocked transactions to us. Some have even disconnected in order not to help me. Obviously, the bank had nothing to do with it as not even payments from paypal were authorized. In the end they made me waste useful time (3 hours), days of work and mental energy. probably in these cases there is nothing left to do but get the cracked versions, certainly easier
