“They exceeded everything I had hoped for. I had almost given up after dealing with unresponsive and ineffective services, but they restored my confidence. Their clear communication, attention to detail, and commitment to results made all the +1—(706)—25—1—08—54 difference.”

“Working with Michaelandrew was smooth and remarkably effective. Their team replied promptly, kept me informed throughout the process, and managed every detail with professionalism and care. They were reliable, approachable, and made the entire experience simple and stress-free. It’s rare to find a service that combines speed with reliability, but they truly delivered both effortlessly.”
“Sneaky payment charges for something I didn’t subscribe to, that I found out only through credit card billing and refund for month before for the unauthorized charges would not be refunded, no invoices sent to my email.
Happy to pay for what I use - but not right to charge me for what I didn’t subscribe to nor authorize for payment.
Refund process was very difficult, not straightforward and had to be from chat with Agent. Comes across as dishonest and if it’s not your intent - I hope you find a way to update your process without sneaking in charges to just expand your revenue or spend per customer on a chart for your growth reporting.”
“Adobe have a monopoly on certain software, and as such exploit their customers (mostly students btw). They have very sneaky pricings and payment plans. Their 'free trial', has a cancellation fee. It is almost impossible to delete your account as it is buried deep in the settings. You can't cancel a subscription without paying them something and you are unable to delete your account with an active subscription.
They were sued by the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) for violating consumer protection laws by trapping customers in subscriptions.”
“I would give Adobe a Zero if it was an option. Our bills from them are insane! They make their menu of offerings so complicated - even they can't explain the difference between the options. Then they sign you up for "two" of their offerings even though it is not needed. For example, they had several of our employees signed up for both acrobat pro and acrobat premium??? And then they also charge you for items your company has even never purchased. When you confront them, they blame you??”
“I did a free trial and I contacted them to cancel. Not only did they not cancel, but they told me if I do cancel I have to pay them 60 something dollars. On top of that they are non-stop attempting to charge my card I'm talking non-stop and the staff there are rude the ones on the chat they are very disrespectful.”
“Shameful conduct from Adobe - not only do they charge a subscription fee rather than allowing you own the product outright(!) but now they have increased the price of my plan by 50% for the exact same product with no justification whatsoever.
The only upside is it's finally pushed me to stop using this awful company. Used to have great respect for them but will never buy another product.”
