I am billed for services I never asked for. I am unable to delete my account. Nobody responds to my email requests. I am retired and the constant unwarranted charges effect my quality of life significantly

There support is the worst ever. If you want to get stressed, feel like you are conversing with a wall, not have your issues resolved then this is the place to be. The chat mechanism is extremely slow. The response time as well. It may take half an hour to an hour to get your problem understood, if it is at all. You get stressed. You get dissatisfied and disgruntled. You find NO solution that is customer friendly. And when you are fed up with the non solution. They send you a sheet to describe your problem and how they can improve. At this point you "think" that they actually care and will assist. No. It never happens. After you fill in the form spilling your guts out and explaining the issue their response is sending a non reply email with a link for you to follow which points back to the support team which never resolved your issue in the first place!! This is Madness! Degrading. Hilarious. Pathetic. Their client and plan policy is Extremely rigid and inhuman and distressing. And all this is happening at a time when there are so many other apps and solutions that can offer the same and at lower costs.

First review of any product I've ever left. I needed to update a PDF and signed up for the trial to see if the service was what i was looking for. I CANCELED my trial after an hour or so. I have recently been notified by my bank that i am now paying for an annual membership that bills me monthly and if I cancel, I have to pay $69 dollar early cancellation fee. It's complete theft and an awful way to run a company. I will find and use any other competitor and will never using Adobe again even if its better product that whatever else is out there.

I tried a plan for $4.99 on a 14 day trial. When I tried to cancel, I could not. All offshore personnel and they could not find me. Then they also charged me 21.23 a month for something I didn't even ask for. Trying to cancel was impossible and they wanted almost 100 bucks to cancel.

I wanted to cancel my subscription when I went to my account it said it didn't exist. When speaking to customer advisor it took ages to cancel the subscription as they couldn't understand what I wanted although it was a fairly simple thing "cancel subscription" they kept asking questions almost like I would give up and keep paying. When I kept asking they said I would but with a cancellation charge. I refuse to pay that as I can't see my account so once we asked for supervisor he applied without cancellation charges.

Unethical. I don't understand how they get away with their swindling. I hate this company. This is the first time I have ever said this about a company in a review

The absolute WORST software on Earth. I pay these crooks a subscription fee every month only to have Photoshop crash every time I try to start it up. I have just loaded the latest "upgrade" and the program is absolutely USELESS. Every time I try to open it I get a message that Photoshop has unexpectedly quit and a "report" is sent to Apple. The worst part is Adobe just doesn't care - what a surprise that "customer support" is closed. ADOBE SUCKS - SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Do not sign up with Adobe, you will regret it. My experience has been so bad I'll soon be reporting them to the ICO for a GDPR breach over my payment details. I had a subscription, it was cancelled, at that point I was told by a representative I had no subscriptions active subscriptions, anything on the account. 3 months later I realised they'd been charging me mistakenly. I got refunded, I asked them to delete my payment details and not charge me again. 2 months after that I realised they were still charging me. I got a refund, I again asked them to delete my details. 3 months later they are still charging me. I have spoken to agents 4-5 times, I was promised callbacks that never came, I'm never rude, yet they end the conversations randomly and claim they can't find the payments, I've sent them screenshots of my bank statements to prove the payments. They also keep asking me for the first 6-8 numbers of my card and the last 4, basically the whole card number, I don't even still have the card.

First, I found out that my information was breached on Adobe. I received no notification by mail no online messaging. I paid a monthly price for Lightroom Classic and Photoshop 2024. You have to do so much work on thise programs. My photographs don't need much tinkering. Certain things you thing is free within the software, its not. I had plenty of space in my computer. However, something continued to go wrong with the installation. The installation kept restarting. I had to remove it, then download a cleaner to fully remove it. I've had the software for almost a year. I couldn't continue to pay for something that I don't use. Adobe charged me $31.00 for early cancelation. How about you reimburse me for the breach of my information.

I agree with all the other reviews posted here. The cancellation fees are ridiculous. I paid for a year's subscription and didn't even used it. I was even more mad because my job offered it for free. Most companies will allow you to at least cancel at no charge. Not Adobe! They forced me to keep paying! Please don't waste your time on a free trial!! Or if you do, set an alarm on your phone to cancel the day before the trial ends!!

I’d leave no starts if it would let me. I’m glad they are getting sued over this! I meant to click on the month subscription and accidentally clicked on the year subscription (my fault there entirely) when I went to cancel it tells me I owe the remaining amount for the year subscription but will loose all access immediately! Why would I pay for something I no longer get access to. Yes I understand I made a mistake too but to charge a huge “cancellation fee” aka we still want all our money we don’t care if you get access to the stuff or not, is just bull!! This company is a joke!

Adobe products are excellent. Buy them outright--DO NOT subscribe. They have predatory policies. They charge high cancellation fees on monthly subscriptions. There is also no way to terminate a subscription at a specific date. They want you to forget about it so that you get charged for the repeating payments. There is no way to change to an annual subscription online. You have to contact customer support. This in and of itself has been a challenge, as they are not readily available or all that helpful in this regard. Just be persistent. I will do anything to avoid Adobe's products in the future because of their payment policies. Great software, lousy company.

Stay away from Adobe. While the products are OK. Their billing system is unethical. It is made purposely confusing to rope people into a very high cost annual plan. Beware. Read all the fine print. Company is shady.
