“Delivery date as promised. Beautiful bracelet. Tool provided to take out a link which was easy to do. Not worn it long enough to determine if it helps with arthritis yet.”

The Royal Mail is losing people every day because of the Corona Virus, some of them died, and Mr. Wright think that 3 days delivery delay warrant a negative feedback. Mr. Wright needs to show some sensitivity.
