“Arranged for the engineer to arrive (not as an urgent callout). Within minutes of the engineer arriving, he had identified the problem. He worked quickly and efficiently at resolving the problem, and then ensured the dish, cables and TV were all working again. Yes, it may not be the cheapest but I have been very impressed with the level of service.”

“Paul came at the time we were told he would, dealt with the problem we were having on our 3 TV sets very well and in a relatively short period of time. The charge was within what we had expected. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs the services they provide.”
