“The service was very good and cost was fine. Only problem was that I had arranged to be there for the time slot given, as my mother is elderly and that way wouldn't have needed to have direct contact. However we just heard a few hours before that the appointment was brought forward, and since I have a two hour drive, I couldn't be there in time. Good admin - receipt sent quickly. Would probably recommend overall”

“Persistently endeavoured to get good FM reception for Yamaha AV system in a low signal area and had to return several times without charge to fix the issue. Also with a complicated AV set-us with two satellite dishes, FTA TV and FM/DAB it would be worthwhile to do some system planning "on-paper" or "App" as part of the quote. I have Freesat to the Humax Box but it is missing direct to the TV - pity.”

“Professional knowledgeable repsentive came and advised/carried out a tidy job externally neatly tucking the cable behind the tiles. Only niggle (albeit minor) as the Sky engineer found out was that the cable had been wrongly fitted by the developer’s contractors and should I not have used Sky and installed a Humax freesat box instead I would have had a problem. Anyway everything now sorted and I’m happy with the external positioning of the dish and assurance that my signal will always have best visibility to the satellite.”

“It took a long time for them to get the job completed including unfortunately damaging a central heating pipe. However their reaction to dealing with the problem was exemplary and that’s how I’ve judged the company. Always courteous and reactive, I’d certainly use them again.”
