I returned an inferior product:- powder that was tasteless and gritty, using their own return label. Order was approx £150+. It's been over a week, and apparently, the parcel has not arrived. I can surmise they may prefer not to deal with the original complaint? At the time of organising the return, their telephone number was not working, and I had to contact their distribution company!! I'm really beginning to wonder about this company! No refund of £150 to date. Who can afford to lose £150?!?

Hi Sarah - this was all resolved with a refund once the order was received back with us. There's not much else we could have done. You sent it back, there seemed to be a delay, then we refunded the goods. All the best - Mike Nash

On 31st August I ordered Nutrasal PhosChol 900, 100 Soft Gel Caps from Aggressive Health. On their website they advertised the ingredients completely inaccurately, so I ordered not being aware I was allergic to one of the ingredients in the product. I only found out 4 days after taking the capsules and my allergy symptoms were worsening but I wasn't sure why because I take a range of supplements daily. I checked the product packaging on the product from Aggressive Health and the ingredients list is completely different to what was advertised on the website!!! I contacted customer service. Lyanne was extremely helpful and attentive about the problem, forwarded me to the owner Mike Nash, who apologised for the miscommunication but then ignored all of my emails. Just terrible that the owner of the company cannot deal with a simple customer service problem. I found t extremely rude. I have attached photos of the miscommunication on their website. I was also never refunded the 10% discount which was promised before ordering although I am aware Lyanne attempted, albeit unsuccessfully to process it. Overall very disappointing.

Hi. As we stated we gather the information about the product from the supplier. In this instance there was an error which has now been rectified by our supplier. Apologies for not seeing this initially. Since we refunded you the amount you spent we can't refund an extra 10%.

Has not made it any easier to sleep. In fact since taking Organifi Gold my sleep has been even more unsettle. I regret buying it.

I am still in contact with the customer services team regarding the shipping cost for my order. Since the order was delivered within the UK, I expected that shipping would be free. Not only that, but I had been told my the same team that I should enter "UK" as my shipping address in order to avail of this commitment. Today I received an email telling me that my order was "an overseas shipment" and that I was being charged accordingly. I am very unhappy about this and I expect you to honour your commitment and give me the appropriate refund.

It took 16 days before the last of my order arrived. I have been with you regularly for a couple of years and always been very impressed with your professional and prompt handling of orders, always an email with tracking number within a few hours and the product delivered within 2-3 days in Denmark. This time I heard nothing for a couple of days, so I contacted customer service. Then it became strange, could not get a tracking number or a clear answer through multiple mails through several days. I think you should take a look at the mail correspondence and see if you can see what went wrong, it should be done better. My order number is 100094639, if deleted, I still have them.

No! You are wrong. I still am having a bad experience. I ordered 2 products and one is backordered. So instead of sending the one that is available you are waiting for the backorder to come in so both products can be shipped at the same time. Why don't you at least send me the one that is available?!

Very disappointed with the late delivery, notwithstanding that having spent over £100, I did not have to pay for it. Long story, but the late delivery resulted in me having to make two round trips from Wiltshire to Wilton instead of one. When the parcel arrived two days late, more annoyance to discover that one of the items was out of stock although it showed on the website. Why did no one phone me to discuss an alternative? When it comes in, I will now have to pay delivery costs as I will not be spending £100 on the next order. Fortunately I have now found another supplier with the same item and next day delivery!!!
