“If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Similar to other experiences listed here I downloaded an eBook and then got signed up for a very expensive paper based invoice based subscription service. High value content is generally free, or you enter card details so it's utterly clear that it's a paid service. Despite not engaging with any of the content, writing and saying that I do not accept the invoice, for the 1st time ever I've now been sent a final notice before debt recovery action. Literally 5 minutes after receiving the letter by post I got an email saying that it was being sent to a debt recovery agency. Other companies say that the content is good but these business practices are underhand, aggressive, bullying and downright nasty. You need to have a think about your company values.”

“Did a quick search on this ghost company, they gross £600.000 per year with only a couple of grand assets so if you wanted to counter sue there's no point. i have written to them with out reply. All reviews are 1 or 5 stars except 1 X 4*, reviews don't work like this. Don't be a fool and add to their £600,00 scam. report to trading standards as I will be.”

“Following all the below reviews I can confirm that I am one more person to be scammed and bullied by this company to pay money that I do not owe them. Never subscribed to anything and never signed up to any paid service. It is surprising they are allowed to continue to operate and scam and bully people.”

“Received Invoice for £79.80 by post for a service I have no need of and haven't signed up to. Stay clear and if you see 5* they have clearly written the review themselves. Their phones cannot be answered and emails not responded to. Stay clear is my advice.”

“SCAM!!! Do not sign up for their free templates as they will invoice you in the future for publications they never send! I have sent them proof that I did not receive anything but they refuse to listen and are pursuing payment for something they did not deliver!”

“The publications can be eventually good , however the way that you are trying people to pay unwanted material it is ridiculous. It is a shame that we cannot rate you with negative stars, I would have given you 10!! I wish I could block all your numbers at my workplace.”
