We help make travel accessible by allowing anyone to book a flight for only a fraction of the cost upfront and pay the rest in installments before departure.

With no need for the full ticket cost up front or a credit check, you can book your flight when the cost is low and not worry about constantly checking your accounts against the flight prices. If you encounter any issues, we have a friendly team on board to provide you one-on-one support. Our team offers you the flexibility and compassion you need when sometimes life doesn’t.

“It was convenient at first until I realize how much h more it's costing. Especially before they use expedia and they don't help twith cancelation or other flight changes, they tell you contact expedia. After all I did not use expedia, I purchased with airfordable. Then expedia is telling you your information is incorrect because the email and phone number does not match. I will never use airfordable again”

We understand that sometimes our terms of service may be missed, so we wanted to provide some additional clarification regarding our booking partners. All our booking partners, such as Expedia, have been carefully vetted to ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience. It is important to know that after you complete your payment plan and receive your ticket information, you are responsible for managing your booking with the airline or booking partner at your own convenience as this is stated in our terms of service as well. The necessary information to do this was provided to you and we see our partner completed your request with your acknowledgement. We understand your experience may not have been as smooth as you had hoped, and for this, we apologize. We're looking into where we fell short and are diligently working to make improvements.

Hi Rosalie, thank you for leaving a review. We see you selected a Basic Economy fare. Unfortunately, the airline doesn't allow itinerary changes, credits or refunds for these restricted fares. For future travels, it is recommended you select less restrictive and/or refundable fares if you want more flexibility. These fares typically cost more at the time of booking.

“I love airfordable so much! There have been many trips that would have been impossible for me, if it wasn’t for this company. They are very nice, and they work with you, just in case you can’t make your payment by a particular day, as long as you make the payments before your flight (within reason). I love this company, and I will always be a fan.”

“I booked airfare with your company and made a mistake with my birthday. I reached out the same day and ended up paying more for the ticket. I was not pleased.I think it should have been corrected without me canceling and getting charged a higher fare.”

Hi Lorna, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our apologies for the inconvenience here. When you reached out to us to rectify the situation we informed you of the best option to cancel within 24 hours for a full refund as our system is unable to override booking errors made within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we have no control over rapidly changing flight prices and are restricted by the airline’s available inventory.

“It was easy to use and make payments on. The confirmation after the final payment for there within a few hours. We added this to the app of the airline with no problems and paid for additional items through the airlines app once doing so.”
