I like the service of the app, posting in installments is helpful but the customer service help is not good. Every time I’ve asked a question, it doesn’t seem like they want to do the actual research or work to help clarify. I’ve always left the chat with no clarification with a dismissive tone. As someone who has worked customer service for ten years, their “service” is very much lackluster.

On Feb 6th I made reservations but received an error message. Seeing the funds were being processed on my credit card I contacted customer service who advised that a refund was issued and to redo the reservation. My 2nd attempt was successful (conf Q9VIWP3FA2) but I received an email 2 days later saying my reservation was cancelled. The inconvenience I experienced caused me to lose that time and price.

Hi Joy, thank you for your review. We understand the frustration of missing out on your ideal flight. For your first attempt, the payment didn't process because of an issue with your bank. As a result, the payment was briefly in a pending state before being dropped off from your account and reversed back to you. For the second attempt, your reservation was canceled because it failed to process with the airline and you were notified to rebook a different itinerary within 24 hours. While this rarely happens, they can occur for reasons that are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and hope you consider our service again in the near future given you had a successful booking back in December prior to this recent incident.

It was convenient at first until I realize how much h more it's costing. Especially before they use expedia and they don't help twith cancelation or other flight changes, they tell you contact expedia. After all I did not use expedia, I purchased with airfordable. Then expedia is telling you your information is incorrect because the email and phone number does not match. I will never use airfordable again

All our booking partners, such as Expedia, have been carefully vetted to ensure that all of our customers have a positive experience. It is important to know that after you complete your payment plan and receive your ticket information, you are responsible for managing your booking with the airline or booking partner at your own convenience as this is stated in our terms of service as well. The necessary information to do this was provided to you and we see our partner completed your request with your acknowledgement. We understand your experience may not have been as smooth as you had hoped, and for this, we apologize. We're looking into where we fell short and are diligently working to make improvements.

The payments were easy to make and all of that was great but the customer service was horrible. I used the live chat and spoke to two different people who took quite a while to get back to me. In addition to that, I didn't get the seats that I originally asked for. I was given basic economy when I asked and tried to pay for very specific seats. Somewhere along the line, there was some miscommunication and I tried to fix that but I wasn't given much help by the people I spoke to.
