Would give zero stars if i could. Cant doing something as simple as change passenger info or even the dates of a flight.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration. However, please note that airlines generally do not allow changes to passenger details, so it’s crucial to double-check your information at the time of booking. Regarding flight changes, these depend on the fare class selected. Each fare class details what's included and what restrictions may apply and it is your responsibility to select one that works best for your needs. For optimal flexibility in the future, we recommend selecting a flexible fare class or a refundable fare which allows the most flexibility.

This companies policies are horrible. I was on my last payment and I tried to get them to move it 2 weeks out because I was having financial issues do to being out of work because I was sick. The rep, Ama told me if I did not make a payment that day than my booking would be canceled with no refund. The customer service is horrible. READ EVERYTHING THOROUGLY. I would never use this company again.

Our utmost priority is to provide exceptional customer service and support our customers during difficult circumstances. We understand that financial challenges can arise unexpectedly, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible within the confines of our policies. We explicitly state these policies during the booking process which empowers our customers to make informed decisions when using our service. Please know that, within the confines of our service, we accommodated you by allowing you to move all four payments by a week which you did in our mobile app. Additionally, we even offered the option to split your last payment into two and move the rest two weeks later in an effort to assist you. However, you declined this option and chose to pay the last installment in full as originally scheduled. We appreciate your decision and value your understanding. Your feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to improve and provide an exceptional service. We hope you enjoy your trip in the coming weeks!

I have never been able to successfully take a flight utilizing this service. Either the flight is cancelled or my itinerary is completely different making my travel plans a complete nightmare. After 3 failed attempts of using this service. I will never use it again!!!

Your previous bookings experienced cancellations and/or flight schedule changes which was done by the airline at their own discretion and not Airfordable. This is common practice in the travel industry that can happen even if you don't use our service, and we have no control over it. We understand this can be frustrating. We strive to notify our customers when this occurs and with alternate options provided by the airline. We see our customer service team alerted you of all cancellations and schedule changes as soon as they occurred by the airline, and we attempted to assist you in choosing a different flight. We even offered you for refund of all payments when you couldn't find an alternate flight that worked for you. In the end, we resolved this issue amicably and want to apologize on behalf of the airline, for your experience.

I booked through your company at the time I did not know was Priceline. I had to change my location in which I was told to payoff the original flight then change. I was further directed to go through Priceline. When I went through price line the raised the flight lied and said they don’t do credit and because I got one discount I couldn’t get another and basically took $700 from. Then your company claimed they would have handled it. I know you’re able to see the chat and you see what I was informed and Priceline calls are recorded. Your company is about making a profit not customer care and because your company and the third party company your associated with I’m out of $700

Hi Tabatha, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. To clarify, we are not Priceline. As stated in our terms of service, Priceline is one of our third party booking partners we work with and your flight happened to be booked in conjunction with Priceline. You requested to cancel a booking that was not fully paid off yet and chose to complete your installment payments to receive credit for the booking. Once a booking is fully paid off, we are no longer able to provide assistance and we directed you to speak directly with Priceline to gain access to your credit. With Priceline's assistance, you used your credit to rebook a new flight to another destination at no additional charge to you. Your remaining credit balance, which was nominal as we understand, was forfeited as per Priceline's credit redemption policies. We apologize for any miscommunication you experienced working with Priceline. Our mission is to help travelers book life-changing flights that fit their budget, not make a profit. Will NEVER use Airfordable again. Still waiting on Frontier refunds from December 26th and getting the run around about getting my money back. I know the company has my 4 refunds and still hasn’t released them. It’s an absolute joke.

Hi Meaghan, we appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and apologize for the frustration you've encountered. As we stated in multiple messages to you, in order to process your refund we need to know the amount the airline is refunding you. We have yet to receive that information from you and thus cannot process your refund. The airline does not provide us with that information--you can contact them to confirm the refund amount and once you share that information with us, we'd be happy to process your refund. A member of our booking team will be following up privately with you to resolve this issue.
