"AVOID like the plague!!! I would give negative stars if I can.\n\nThis company is unprofessional, unhelpful and simply criminal. Parked there for a weekend and came back to more than \u00a3700 worth of damages to the car. Their spaces are so tight that any inexperience driver or on a rainy day, your car will get hit.\n\nDON'T LISTEN TO THEIR LIES. Whatever safe car park awards they are advertising are probably false. Their so called CCTV cameras are so few and far apart and do not actually cover the parking bays. No chance they will pick up any footage of a collision when your car is parked. And even requesting the CCTV footage was a huge pain in the bottom. After filing 2 online complaint forms, speaking to 8 different online agents and calling the actual car park office 6 times, the answer I got was they cannot tell me anything about the CCTV footage. All I wanted was to know whether their CCTV camera actually filmed my car in its spot or not, but they simply said they \"don't have time to look at the footage\". To me it sounds like 'you mean nothing to us after we take your money'.\n\nWhat's more frustrating is that the actual service provided was also appalling. They gave us a number to call when you land so that they can send a bus to pick you up from the airport to get to the car park. Took about 10 tries before we got through, each time playing an automated message that says, \"sorry the staff at Airparks is busy\". Then when we got through, they said that they will not send the bus until we are physical outside the airport and at the bus stop before they'll send a bus. We called again when we were outside in the cold and rain, again taking many tries before they answered and said a bus be there in 5 minutes. Little did we know 5 minutes for them meant 30 minutes. They refused to answer our calls again during our long wait in the cold and rain. Some people in our party even caught a cold from that wait.\n\nIn conclusion, if you value your car; your time; your money; or your dignity; pay a few pounds extra and go for the official Luton car parks. This incident I saved \u00a34 pounds in booking but wasted \u00a3700 + higher insurance premium (because I filed a claim to get the CCTV footage as the car park won't review the footage for me), hours of my time, and was rudely spoken to by all the Airparks Shortrun\/Holiday Extras employees. Some of them even ended an online chat after I said them refusing to help me is equal to aiding the hit and run offender. My advice is that take this review seriously and read some others who have said the same. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. This was my worst experience with a heartless corporation."

“Easy to find and proceed, however the shuttle bus is not frequent enough especially during school holiday. I will use it again.”

“Car number not recognised yet again. Was told by John Lennon Liverpool airport they did not have any information from you - which they say is a regular problem with your company. They advised me to use another company. You do not need this problem at 5am in the morning - would be wary of using you again because of this.”

“Easy to find Car Park 1. Not so easy to find a space, but fortunately, eventually found a space near to a bus stop. Didnt wait long for a bus. On return journey the airport needs better signs advising where to go to wait for the bus back to the Car Park. There are plenty of signs showing which way to the Car Parks, but I didnt see any signs saying 'Bus Stops this Way'.”

“They are a very efficient organisation. When you arrive, you never have to wait more than five minutes for a minibus to take you down to the airport. Likewise when you return, the longest time I have had to wait for a mini bus is 10 minutes. A great service at a very reasonable cost.”

“Ok on the way there , nightmare when picking it up. They parked it miles away in another long stay car park and took over an hour to locate car- had baggage n two v tired kids. Not using this company again.”

“Paid to have meet and greet service at Birmingham airport, on the return of my car I was unsure where my car had been parked, I was told it had been parked in a car park, but I am sure it has been parked in a field, because the car was covered in mud, the driver said they had a few pot holes in the car park and it had been raining, the tyres, under the wheel archers and on the body had lots of mud on them, so they must have driven my car at high speed through these pot holes to get that much mud on it, I have taken photos should you want to see them, shall not be using your "car parking again" I paid good money to have my car parked in a car park not a FIELD. “Booked online expecting easy access as reg recognised at entry.Did not happen.Had to contact "Help" who said you did not send over complete number plate Had to go thru same old rigmarole of obtaining ticket and presenting it on return causing delay both out and in .Not happy! What a waste of time.You dont need this extra stress.”

“Journey to the airport was great no complains. The return at 1.30am was made by a non communicative driver who obviously liked the heaters on his bus at full blast and a loud boorish radio programme. Not a great impression for my first time using this facility, very poor welcome home to Scotland!”
