“Great price for short stay parking at Stansted however directions were hopeless. Knowing there were a number of short stay carparks at Stansted I called to see which one it was and was told it was clearly signposted. It wasn't. We had to go to meet and greet and press the intercom to be told Orange carpark. All worked out fine in the end but a simple instruction on the website would have avoided a 15 minute drive around the carparks at 5am!”
“The only problem we had was that number recognition didn't work when we arrived at carpark,however we had only booked the night before. The attendant on the intercom was very helpful and dispensed our ticket quickly”
