“We found this system very poorly built, their customer service reps don’t even understand their own system as it is so vague and complicated very simple things are made incredibly difficult. All this system does is waste peoples time”

“Do not use, once you pay the initial fee they will call and ask for more money to do the paperwork for you, Paperwork is unrealistic, they ask for documents and policies you would normally do if you do a tender bid, I.e environmental policy, sustainability, health and safety Company policy, I mean who does that if you are one guy? 6 days after I paid the money and asked for refund, Look at the email, isn't it clever? 10/10 on that”

“Template service Do Not Use Them I paid 2000£ including VAT for 14 Month membership they provide me some copy paste Paperwork From Google are Completley discussing service poor service as son as you paid full amount they don’t care anymore i trying to call them every day to ask them for refund a lady Manager her nsme Louth she Told me I will not gone refund you nothing The Rudest staff i’ve ever seen including a Manager they run away non-one care anymore”

“As a supplier being asked to upload relevant documents to the portal, Alcumus have requested an upfront payment of £1700 and 2 weeks on and we have still not received any log on facility, nor has our account been set up - despite chasing which has needed to be over email owing to the delays in trying to fruitlessly get through over the phone. Apparently this is an IT issue.... I have needed to check the company's credentials to ensure that we have not been a victim of fraud.”
