Going slowly found the Bend! Any advice please? Opened instant Access Savings Account. Used my nominated account to send money to Aldermore by Faster Payment. It asks you to put ref and last 3 letters of surname on it. Waited and waited, no money in account. I realised I had mixed a number up on the reference. Have spent hrs today trying to get through to them...disgraceful! I just want to make sure the money will go back to my nominated account. I'm panicking that I have lost thousands. I know I made the mistake, but I never realised that the customer service was non existent! The Halifax (my nominated account) have said the money should come back, but until it does, I'm really panicking
