“ Dear Alfa Travel the holiday to great yarmouth from 27th oct to 31st oct 2025 was great one ok now the journey home it was a nightmare we was stuck at traffic accident for an hour and 25 mins we left the hotel for 10am and I didnt reach the service station until just after 5. ”

“ 30am and didnt get to the hotel until after 5pm only had service station and Springfield in stamford stops there should have been another stop in the middle of that we was caught up in traffic accident that took another good 25 30 mins to the journey. ”

“ Meals were adequate and having table service was a bonus. ”

“ Service was a bit haphazard, don't think they have many coach parties. ”

“ Torquay cruise and cream tea tour 13-19 august 2025 We stayed at the Regina hotel What a fantastic place its very clean and welcoming housekeeping are amazing room was service daily all the communal areas are spotless food is very nice breakfast was full English daily with other choices and a different 3 course menu each night waiting staff are fabulous especially our waitress Ina reception and bar staff are so nice George and manager Bartak are friendly and like to have a laugh and joke thank you all for a very pleasant stay and lastly a big thanks to our driver Tom we will be returning and would highly recommend ”

“ Spent 5 days at Eastbourne early February for husbands birthday. Lovley hotel fantastic food and great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Trips out were great. Driver Stuart was very informative about the local area. Would recommend. ”

“ please when you do a coach holiday more then three hours away please do more stops i recently did a tour of porthcawl Wales it took over seven hours to get there by coach with one ten min break at woodhall and then an hour break at service station we travelled from grimsby since 07. ”

“ The only problem for me was the journey and the coach it had no power charge points on it ive been with alfa a good few times now and all of the coaches apart from this one had power charger on the coach it was a very long journey only 10 mins to the woodhall service station not enough time to get a drink the only issue was we was on the coach from 7. ”

“ No 4 it was all self service/ buffet style , not quite what we are used to at a Leisureplex hotels. ”
