“I found the website easy to navigate and there are some lovely products. I thought the cost of postage and packaging was a little bit too expensive and could do without the small cotton bag if that reduced the price.”

“Nice website, easy transaction. I ordered something next day delivery and although it arrived at Royal Mail for next day delivery, it was only sent tracked so didn’t reach me next day. Royal Mail say that tracked isn’t next day delivery, and that you would need special delivery to garantee next day. I’m not sure who’s right or wrong, but I would be put off spending £6 on next day if it doesn’t arrive next day”
