Been waiting for delivery for nearly two weeks- sent numerous emails which take ages to answer with a new dispatch date which has now past and still not dispatched. No phone number - very poor customer service

I really like this product. Unfortunately, I sent an empty bottle so I do not recommend this website for purchase

Website well set out. Reasonable, though not cheap, prices. Everything went well until I had a query. They answered the first time asking for photographs of the product I was querying the quality of, then everything seemed to go quiet at their end. I chased it and their reply was dismissive. I have asked for an amicable solution to exchange or refund and they will not answer. I will now have to go to trading standards and contact their head office. What a shame, as I had so much more I wanted to buy.

You sent me the product in the wrong size.. I have emailed a few times and you have not responded. I will not be purchasing from your store again.

I was quite disappointed with the product considering the price compared to other products on the market. It is not possible to peel it all off at once even when applying a thick layer. Ended up scratching my face while trying to remove the remaining bits of the mask. My friend tried it too and had the same issue. I will stick to regular masks!

Hello, it purchase three Tonies and it says that the have been delivered on February 20th, 2020. Unfortunately i didnt receive anything not a package or a note from the mail service. Please try to find there my order is because my los is getting Vers unser. Thank you

1) the packaging does not contain a return label, 2) contacted customer service to receive one and never received a reply, 3) doesn't have a phone number, 4) returns are not free and accepted only within 14 days. I ordered a rather expensive Malin&Goetz Deodorant but then decided to return it (unused of course) but A Little Find seems to do its best to discourage returns.

Unfortunately we have no record of you contacting us for this as we would respond to customer emails as priority. We do not add returns labels to orders as we do not want to print and waste unnecessary paper, it is also never our intention to discourage customers from retuning items to us. We have sent a reply to your message that you sent via our store today with the returns label, we are still happy to process your refund when your product is returned.
