“Dispatch was very slow, with the delay only being communicated after order. Most other businesses I shop online with keep this information up to date on the website. I wouldn't have ordered in the first place had I known that. Then one of the items did not match the description on the website. It has been changed by the manufacturer, but listing is not updated. I made contact about this, as it would seem there is something on that listing that I have not received (user guide for yoto phonics pack) and never had a response so I do not know if it is an error or the guide is no longer included. All in all, I am unlikely to shop here again.”

“Ordering was straightforward and delivery was done within a week. The only negative would be that I received a number of targeted emails from the company after ordering despite not signing up to any emails.”

“Still not received my parcel nearly 2 weeks after ordering. It's stuck in mail system somewhere, but nothing can be done for another 4 working days. Not A Little Find's fault”

“Fast delivery and just beautiful packaging, you can tell it had been handled with care! Unfortunately the shower cap claims to not let your hair get wet. This was my biggest disappointment which was the sole purpose of buying this was that it doesn’t stop the water getting in at the back. My hair gets wet dispute tucking it carefully, I have long hair but it’s not thick and there is still room in the shower cap. For the price I paid I expected the product to live up to it’s statement.”

“Having seen a friend using your Tri Balm I ordered some myself. I have used it every morning since I received it. It is an excellent cleanser; but when I look at my face first thing in the morning it looks like crumpled tissue paper - many more fine wrinkles than I noticed before I started using the Tri Balm. My skin also feels tight not supple and nourished. I think perhaps it exfoliates my skin a bit too much. Do you have any advice on how to get my skin soft nourished and supple again? I wondered whether I could return the product. Do you have any advice?”

“The product itself was lovely but the box which it was presented in was scuffed and had black marks all over it. This was a real shame as it was a gift for a baby shower!”
