No confirmation of despatch so where are these items as was hoping to have them for Christmas There are far superior companies out there and I will be using them in the future not this one.”

You placed your order on Saturday 29th November which we emailed you confirmation of on the same day. Your order went into production on the next working day which was the Monday 1st December.
The production lead times for your products was up to 5 working days(as detailed on our website).
Your order was produced and dispatched within 4 working days and upgraded at no additional cost to a signed for next day delivery service which you signed for on the 6th December at 10:54am which was the same day as you left this review.

“The item I purchased was an engraved wine stopper for a 50th birthday gift.
When it arrived the engraving was so small and faint that it is practically illegible
even though there is plenty of space on the stopper to have had the engraving
bigger.
I paid for the item to arrive quickly, in time for the birthday but I do not feel it
is of a good enough standard to give as a gift, and leaves me no time to purchase
another.
I am very unhappy and disappointed with my purchase and doubt I will be using this site again.”

As explained to you on the telephone we were very sorry to hear that you made a mistake on the spelling of the name required on your personalised item. Unfortunately we are unable to amend personalised products after production. We did review if there were any ways we could rectify your mistake, unfortunately this was not possible.
