“The item I ordered was just as expected, however the presentation box was extremely disappointing - really cheap and nasty and didn't do credit to the contents. I had to go out and buy a separate box as I was embarrassed to present it to the son of my friend. Given how much I had paid, I think that was unacceptable.”

“The order arrived and when i opened the package i was surprised to see that i had been sent the wrong item from what i had originally ordered.
It was too late to send back as it was a gift for my best man and it arrived a few days before the wedding so i had to just go ahead and give him what i had been sent.
Disappointing indeed.”
