“Jordan came to the residence at the exact time he mentioned. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. I did not feel as if he took advantage of me due to my circumstances and the time he came was after business hours. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done. I honestly would use his business over any large corporation. Thank you again for all your hard work I am sure you would have preferred to be at home relaxing but you did the job and you did it well.. I did not feel like you rushed through your work. Anyone needing plumbing work I strongly suggest using his knowledge.”

“Excellent service with a friendly touch! I needed my front door re-keyed, so I called the company and scheduled an appointment two days in advance. He called the day before to confirm that our appointment was still possible, and he arrived on time and prepared to work. The entire process took maybe thirty minutes and he was very thorough in his work, making sure the lock would provide the strongest seal with the door and taking the time to explain the various types of keys he could make and the level of security each one offers. Extremely nice and great to talk to.”

“Technician David ended up installing new alarm systems for both my businesses recently. He was absolutely great. There was a minor problem with one system after installation and he was able to diagnose and solve the problem easily. Compared to my old system, the alarm.com interface is so easy to work with and add/change codes for different employees.”
